Champions Retreat 2026: What Oregon Leaders Brought Home

Some conferences leave you energized. Others leave you with more questions than answers. Champions Retreat 2026 did both.

Hosted every two years by B Lab U.S. & Canada, Champions Retreat brings together leaders from across the B Corp community to explore where the movement is headed and how businesses can continue leading with purpose in a rapidly changing world.

This year's gathering arrived at a pivotal moment. As the B Corp movement celebrates its 20th anniversary, companies are also navigating new certification standards, shifting expectations around ESG, and increasing pressure to prove that business can be a force for good. Rather than simply reporting back on what happened, On Purpose Oregon brought our community together for The Current, our responsive conversation series designed to create space for timely dialogue around the moments shaping purpose-driven business.
