Overview
ImpactGC is a boutique law firm that offers high-quality legal advice to Certified B Corps and other mission-driven businesses in a wide range of industries. Our lawyers have an average of over 20 years of top-level experience as law firm partners and in-house counsels, and we frequently work as outside (or fractional) general counsel to our clients. We have deep experience in all types of corporate and commercial transactions, including contract drafting and negotiation, capital-raising and mergers & acquisitions, as well as corporate governance, employment law, and specialized topics such as employee ownership, purpose trusts, nonprofit law and Public Benefit Corporations. As a Certified B Corp, public benefit LLP, member of 1% for the Planet and certified carbon-neutral law firm, we share our clients' devotion to pro-social and pro-environment business practices and are committed to demonstrating that a transition to stakeholder-focused capitalism is both essential and possible.
