Overview
Blackbird is a woman-owned and led employee benefits consulting firm based in Portland, Oregon. We started this company because we were tired of watching the benefits industry fail the people it's supposed to serve, and now we're on a mission to prove that a better way is possible. We help organizations choose and manage their health insurance benefits by guiding them through options, costs, and providers with a focus on equity and access. We challenge the systems that cause harm, advocate for our clients' needs, and are committed to making sure that every employee, no matter who they are, experiences the respectful, safe support they deserve. We are true strategic partners, growing alongside the organizations we serve, and we hold trust as the foundation of everything we build, inside and outside our walls.
